Randy is a lifelong local, born & raised on the Central Coast. In 2009, he fulfilled his lifelong dream to create a Construction company that made customer service, design & quality the focus. Having over 30 years of experience in the Remodel & Restoration Industry, he built the company from a one-man show to one of the highest-rated Remodel/Restoration contractors in the area. Randy loves music & has been into guitars since he was a kid. In his spare time, he plays guitar with various local bands, travels & works on growing his guitar collection. 

Mike, an Arroyo Grande High School & Cuesta College graduate, comes with a lifetime of construction/restoration industry experience. Prior to working for Berry Construction, he worked for the largest Restoration Contractor in the world. Mike absolutely loves everything Baseball. He played for Arroyo Grande High School & went on to play in the Junior College World Series before going semi-pro. Mike is a dedicated father & grandfather who enjoys spending his free time with his two sons & granddaughter.
